Good to know

Is INTEXER free?

Yes. Searching is free for families, and listing is free for workers during the growth phase. Later, workers can choose optional paid features such as a featured profile.

Do you take a commission?

No. You contact the worker directly and agree the price between you. Booking and payments may come later as an option.

Where is INTEXER available?

The pilot starts in Kakkanad and Ernakulam district. Next comes the rest of Kerala, then South India and the rest of the country.

How do I know a worker is genuine?

Check the badges on their profile. Every worker has a verified phone number. Many are confirmed by our team or vouched for by an NGO, SHG or residents' association. Read the reviews and confirm charges before work begins.

I'm not good with apps. Can I still join?

Yes. A local coordinator or partner group can register you, and the profile needs only your mobile number, skill and area. Access by phone call, SMS and IVR for feature phones is planned.

Which languages will it support?

English and Malayalam first, with Hindi, Tamil and other Indian languages as we expand. You can also search for workers by the languages they speak.
